So it is currently 10 minutes past 2 in the morning.
This is the sort of rubbish I make when I should probably be asleep.
Though I have no plans on sleeping.
Not tired.
Sleep is boring.
Can't remember my dreams anyway...

This case was slowly driving Sherlock insane. He was finding it impossible to sleep, his mind would just buzz and ideas would bounce off the insides of his skull when he tried, and he hadn’t spoken for days. Eating was out of the question. He was being slow as it was. He didn’t need anything else to take up brain power. It didn’t help that John just kept talking! So perhaps he had pushed it a little when he started shooting the walls… But this case, as much as Sherlock didn’t want to admit it, was becoming seemingly impossible! And Sherlock hated it. He would not be beaten by some man who wasn’t even human! The case was proving more challenging than the ones Moriarty would set up.
 
On the table in front of him was a litter of files, loose papers and discs. Thick red pen marking on all of them, notes. Though the notes mainly weren’t for him. He had made them for John. Sherlock had all the information stored in his brain. He was slowly creating a web, linking everything together and trying to come up with the only possible conclusion.
 
Sherlock didn’t bother glancing at the Detective as he entered their flat. He normally just walked in like he owned the place anyway. So he didn’t see the point in greeting him. If he were honest, he felt like shooting just in front of Lestrade’s feet. It was very tempting… But there was no time to play mind games with the Inspector.
 
There was something he was missing, something important. How could he have missed something? Something about the Daleks… The Daleks! That was it! Sherlock jumped off of the sofa and threw the gun out of his hand, making it hit something on the book case. He pulled up a file and practically threw it at Lestrade. “Look through it. Now.” Sherlock demanded as he paced around the flat, that had been the first proper sentence he had said in ages. “What do you see?” He asked as he stopped pacing and span on his heels to face both John and Lestrade. Who were giving him some very weird looks.
 
“In the file there are pages of information which you have of yet not seen. Fortunately Mycroft’s name opens almost every door. Even some of the unimportant ones. There has been disturbances, the electric messing up all over London. There are a few case reports for this. Most are boring and unnecessary. But there is one main one.” Apart from talking twice the normal speed that one person should, he then walked over to Lestrade and took the file back off of him before pulling out an article. “Daleks.”
 
Sherlock suspected them for trying to rebuild underground. He wasn’t sure why London. At times it could be the most boring place on Earth. An operation was what they were building. For a few seconds he began to think that they were controlling the disappearances. But then he ruled it out. Although they were obviously an intelligent life form, he highly doubted that they would be able to pull something like this off. “I suggest you try the closed tube line. Get Anderson to do it, if he dies no one will care.” He said before turning Lestrade around and more or less pushing him out of the flat. His presence was beginning to annoy Sherlock.
 
He then turned his attention back to John. “Past advents show that the Daleks want to get rid of The Doctor. This suggests, that if they are here… Then so is the man we are looking for.” Sherlock picked up John’s gun and walked over to the table. He took the normal ammo out and replaced it with plastic bullets. He then pulled a list off of the table and handed it to John, along with the gun. “These are the places where The Doctor has been spotted in the past. I need you to visit them. Gather any information you can.” He knew it was a long stretch, but it was the only lead that he had. And he was feeling rather confident that there will be some form of clues to where The Doctor might be. Sherlock didn’t bother to say goodbye to his friend, he knew that he would return successful and did not see the point in doing such a fruitless act. Sherlock walked back over to the sofa and sat down, looking at the pages in front of him and re-entering his mind palace.
